Exposed


For some of us meeting a new person is always a difficult task. We have built walls around us, fortresses to make us distant, unreachable and therefore invulnerable. We wear masks, play roles and stay in shadows as long as we are ensured that it’s ok to step into the light. That’s one of the reasons why I don’t believe in first impressions. Walls must be lowered, defenses broken before there can be real contact between persons. And since we cannot directly destroy those barriers of another, some patience, curiosity and clear-sightedness is needed to deal with it. However when it happens, if it happens, it is scenery of great beauty to see to see those walls crumble, to surrender…
